Are your products authentic?
Yes. Every product is sourced from the brand or its official distributor and arrives sealed with a batch code. If you ever doubt a product, contact us and we will verify it for you.
How do I choose products for my skin type?
Use the "Best for" note on each product page, filter by concern on the home page, or message a beauty advisor on WhatsApp — it is free.
How long does delivery take?
Inside Dhaka 1–2 days, outside Dhaka 2–4 days. You will get an SMS when your parcel ships.
Can I pay cash on delivery?
Yes. You can also pay with bKash, Nagad or a card.
Can I return an opened product?
For hygiene reasons we can only accept unopened, sealed products for change-of-mind returns. If a product arrives damaged, leaking or wrong, we replace it free of charge.
Do you gift wrap?
Yes — add a note at checkout and we will wrap your order with a handwritten card at no extra cost.
