Return & Exchange Policy

You can ask for a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery from your account.

• Change-of-mind returns: the product must be unopened with the seal intact.
• Damaged, leaking or wrong items are replaced or refunded free of charge — please send a photo within 48 hours of delivery.
• For change-of-mind returns, the delivery charge is not refundable.
• Refunds are sent to bKash, Nagad, bank or as store credit within 3–5 working days after we receive the item.
